It depends on the position. For most positions, the process begins with a phone interview. If there's continued interest on both sides, we'll invite the candidate in for an in-person interview. Each department is different and there may be some variation in the hiring process (some may involve an info session, observation, etc.).Can I do an informational interview?
While we are not able to provide informational interviews, we do host group informational sessions for certain roles at SightLife. In order to attend an information session, candidates must first apply for a position.How long does it take to make a decision?
Once we've completed interviewing all the candidates, we generally get back to you in about a week.Does SightLife offer internships or volunteer opportunities?
SightLife does not have an internship program or volunteer program, although such opportunities are occasionally made possible in conjunction with a particular project.
